Directors (3)
​
Perform duties necessary to comply with the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions, the Articles of Incorporation and the Bylaws (e.g. adopt rules; establish penalties; employ and supervise manager, contractors, officers and volunteers; coordinate with the City of Mill Creek). Elected for staggered 3-year terms at the Annual Meeting by the membership.

Appointed by the Board immediately after the Annual Meeting in a short board meeting.

Presides at all meetings and sees that orders and resolutions are carried out.

Acts in place of the President in the event of his/her absence.

Secretary: Laurie Ortman
Takes minutes and assists with meeting agendas and website updates.

Treasurer: Susie Bettis
Reviews financial statements and assists with the annual budget.​

Architectural Control Committee / ACC
Works with homeowners to approve exterior construction, major landscaping, siding, paint and stain requests. Monitors neighborhood reviews administered by our property association manager. Appointed by the Board.

Organizes and carries out community enrichment functions such as the annual homeowner gathering in Highlands Park.
