HOA Volunteer Opportunities

 

Directors (3)

Perform duties necessary to comply with the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions, the Articles of Incorporation and the Bylaws (e.g. adopt rules; establish penalties; employ and supervise manager, contractors, officers and volunteers; coordinate with the City of Mill Creek). Elected for staggered 3-year terms.

President: Jeff Weight

Presides at all meetings and sees that orders and resolutions are carried out.

Vice-President: Jagdish Sharma

Acts in place of the President in the event of his/her absence.

Secretary: Vacant

Takes minutes and assists with meeting agendas.

Treasurer: Laurie Ortman

Reviews financial statements and assists with the annual budget.

 

Architectural Control Committee / ACC

 

Works with homeowners to approve exterior construction, major landscaping, siding, paint and stain requests. Monitors neighborhood reviews conducted by our property association manager. Appointed by the Board.

Social Coordinator: Vacant

Organizes and carries out community enrichment functions such as the annual homeowner gathering in Highlands Park.
